APPLE CAKE


Apple cakes are made in a  simple and easy way just incorporating apples and cinnamon powder in vanilla cake. 

Apples can be added in a variety of forms such as diced, sliced, pureed or stewed.

The Apple cakes are very popular dessert worldwide.

The variations of baking this apple cake are endless. we can make muffins too. We can make this dessert even without eggs.

Apples and Cinnamon  are a heavenly duo that make a perfect and yummy to get our kids more inspired and a great way to enjoy the fruit, Irresistible.

The soft and fluffy cake studded with apple slices is simply divine.

How to make this incredible apple cake for tea time?

Ingredients:

Apples 2 nos

All purpose flour or maida 1.5 cups or 300 gms

Powdered Sugar 250 gm

Eggs 3 nos

Natural Bourbon Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon powder 3/4 tsp

Table lemon juice 1 tsp (optional)

Powdered Salt 1/2 tsp

Baking powder 1 tsp

Cold pressed Sunflower oil 100 ml

Raw milk 100ml 

Butter cubes 12-15 pcs

Powdered sugar 1.5 tsp

Procedure:

Sift the flour with one tsp of baking powder three times to combine.






Grease the loaf pan with a spoon of ghee.




Beat the three eggs to creamy yellow texture.






Add Powdered Salt and Powdered Sugar.

Blend to combine.






Pour natural bourbon Vanilla extract  and blend again.



Add Cinnamon powder.

Continue blending for 5 seconds.

Pour Coldpressed Sunflower Oil and blend for 2 seconds.







Add sifted flour content and mix and fold many times.

Add milk and fold to combine. 









Cut apples and deseed.

Make slices of 1/4 inch size.

Transfer the cake batter to the cake loaf pan.

Arrange the slices.

Tap to level.










Sprinkle 1.5 tsp Powdered Sugar and place 12-15 butter cubes.




Bake the cake in pre-heated microwave oven @180° C for 37 minutes.



Let them cake warm down.








Now The most flavourful yummy apple cake is ready to relish.
