Here is How🥰
Whole Cashews 325 gm
Fresh Raw milk 300 ml
Sugar 300 gm
Fresh Cow Ghee 200 ml
Saffron Strands 1 pinch+1 pinch
Procedure:
Grind the Cashews coarsely.
Just pulse otherwise Cashews leave oil contents.
Add milk and grind for a second.
Transfer the Cashew contents to the non stick pan.
Add 2 tbsp Ghee and start roasting for a while.
The over all Procedure needs low heat only. Remind that.
Add Sugar.
Give steady Stirs...
Give 2 tbsp at regular intervals
Stir occasionally until sugar blends with Cashew contents.
We can crushed Cardamom seeds but your choice.
I didn't add Cardamom.
Once the Cashew contents get thickened and non stick texture, add saffron Strands one pinch and incorporate.
Now the lip smacking Royal Cashew Halwa is ready to relish.
