Ingredients, we need:
Plantains 2 pcs
For making masala paste
Red Chilly 5 pcs
Peeled Shallots 20 pcs
Coriander greens, a fistful
Curry leaves 15 pcs
Water as needed to soak the red chillies
First step:
Soak red chillies in water for ten minutes
Ingredients:
Raw Rice flour 2 tbsp
Besan flour 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
onion Chilly paste 2 tbsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
Powdered Salt 3/4 tsp
Red Chilly powder 3/4 tsp
Coldpressed Sunflower Oil 2 tbsp+ 1 tbsp
Gram masal powder 1/2 tsp
Procedure:
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients above mentioned and make a paste. Set ready.
Wash two Plantains and pat dry them.
Trim the both ends
Peel off the skin of two plantains
an hour (more time better job)
Ingredients:
Groundnut oil 25 ml
Procedure:
Heat the tawa (nonstick tawa used here) on medium heat.
Smear little oil all over the surface.
Place the coated discs one by one
Drizzle oil over them.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Open and Flip over the discs.
Drizzle little oil all over the sides.
Let them fried until golden brown and crispy.
Place the fried discs on a dry serving plate.
Repeat the process for the second batch.
Go very well with any meal!
