It is a healthy and nutritious way to cook the wheat vermicelli loaded with a host of beautiful carrots and french beans. The usual traditional tempering of mustard, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, asafoetida that transform the Upma to a miraculous treat.
Curd with onion and Coconut chutney are the best combinations for this delightful breakfast.
We can finish off with ghee-roasted cashews to enrich this Upma.
